Stitch My - Your Brain are both, a personal investigation and a public project into the hand-brain-creativity connection. Stitch My Brain are soft sculptures and series of art prints. Stitch Your Brain is an international project documented on a website, curated exhibitions and a book, to be published in 2023. The stitched works of about 300 participants are self-portraits, projecting ideas, global concerns and personal emotions on to the grey matter.

The intelligence of the hand
Weaving, taken out of its traditional context is a contemporary artform. Weaving has an intellectual and a manual side, a combination of the material knowledge of hands, imagination and digital technology.
